✅ Simple summary: First-time subscribers get a 7-day refund if they've sent fewer than 100 messages. Renewals are non-refundable. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
If you are a first-time WAPLO subscriber, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided:
Email us at support@waplo.io within 7 days of payment with:
· Subject: "Refund Request — [your email]"
· Your registered email address
· Reason for refund request
· Payment date and amount
We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
You can cancel your WAPLO subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account remains active until then.
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
If WAPLO terminates your account due to violations of our Terms of Service (spam, WhatsApp policy violations, fraudulent activity), no refund will be provided regardless of the subscription period remaining.
