Restaurant billing and order software for India
A till adds up a bill. That was enough when the only thing a restaurant needed to manage was the counter.
Today the harder problem sits outside the building — who ordered, how you reach them again, and how much of your revenue is being taken by somebody else on the way in.
What Waplo covers
Ordering, the kitchen, the counter and the customer, on one system where they all refer to the same order.
- Ordering — QR code at the table, WhatsApp in chat, or your staff entering it by hand.
- Kitchen screen — new orders appear, the cook marks them ready, the customer is told automatically.
- Cashier — the day's orders, table by table, split bills, and who is waiting to collect.
- Staff logins — owner, manager, cashier, kitchen and waiter, each seeing only their own screens.
- Sales — what sold, when the rush was, which dishes make money, and the history.
- Customers — every phone number that ever ordered, with what they ordered and when.
Built for the way Indian restaurants actually run
Prices in rupees, GST on the bill, UPI at the counter, Hindi and Punjabi for diners who do not read English menus.
It runs on the phones and cheap Android tablets you already have. There is no terminal to buy and no wiring to do.
It is not a POS, and that is the point
A traditional POS is very good at one thing — cutting a bill inside a building. It has no idea who is sitting at table seven, and no way to talk to them tomorrow.
Waplo starts from the customer's phone instead. That is why it can send an order update, take a repeat order in chat, or fill your Tuesday with a kitty party booking, and a till cannot.
What it costs, and what it never costs
One fixed monthly fee per restaurant. No commission, no per-order charge, no percentage of anything.
Waplo also never handles your money. Customers pay you — cash, UPI, card at the counter. Nothing passes through us, so there is nothing to hold back or settle later.
Common questions
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. It runs in a browser on the phones and tablets you already own. A printer is optional.
Can my staff use it without training?
The kitchen and cashier screens are deliberately plain — a list of orders and a button. Owners take longer, because the settings are where the power is.
Does it work with GST?
Yes, tax is applied on the bill and shown on it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export it, and you can ask for it to be deleted. Both routes are published on the data export and data deletion pages.
One system from the order to the customer
QR and WhatsApp ordering, kitchen screen, cashier, staff roles and your own customer list.
